How do you order?
Guests staying at Nemacolin, local members of The Woodlands Club, and the general public should place their order through our online storefront. Nemacolin associates may shop in person at The Market or place their order through our online storefront. Because The Market is located within Wisteria, Nemacolin’s associate community, in-person shopping is only available to associates.
What is the lead time?
We offer same-day grocery delivery to any address within a 5-mile radius of The Market. Same-day delivery orders can be accepted from 8am-6pm daily. Orders to resort guests will be delivered within 60 minutes. Orders outside of Nemacolin will be delivered within 180 minutes.
How is it delivered?
A member of The Market at Wisteria team will deliver your order to the door of your resort accommodations or the delivery address.
Do I pay first or will my grocery items be charged to my hotel room folio?
All online orders must be placed with a valid credit card. The charge will be processed once the delivery of the order is complete. For more information on credit card processing, please visit: https://shop.themarketatwisteria.com/whats-next.
Are there restrictions on alcohol delivery?
The license for The Market allows us to deliver beer only (not wine) to a patron who has valid proof of their age. At the time of delivery, the person receiving the order will be asked for proof of their legal drinking age. Under the Pennsylvania Liquor Code, the only legally acceptable forms of identification are:
– A valid photo driver’s license issued by a US state or territory.
– A valid photo identification card issued by a US state or territory.
– A valid photo military ID containing the holder’s photograph.
– A valid passport, passport card, or travel visa containing the holder’s photograph.
We cannot accept photos of documents or international driver’s licenses.
At the time of delivery, if no one can provide the appropriate documentation, the beer will not be delivered, and the appropriate amount will be refunded to the card on file according to the credit card processor’s protocol.
Is there a minimum order?
For delivery, the minimum order is $30. Additionally, there is a $35 delivery fee.
What is the return policy?
To request a refund due to order issues, you must make your request within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Please let The Market know as soon as possible if your order is missing items that you were charged for or if your order contains damaged or spoiled items. We will work with every guest to find a suitable solution, whether that is a replacement item or a refund.
Can Grab & Go Hot Items be delivered?
Grab & Go items are eligible for delivery. The Market strives to ensure all perishables are held at safe temperatures up to delivery.
